CHOLLA PTO COMMITTEES FAMILY FUN NIGHT HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP HOPSPITALITY PROGRAM SCHOOL SPIRIT CARNIVAL COMMITTEE TEACHER APPRECIATION SCHOOL FUNDRAISING Chairperson: Blaze Criqui Donation Coordinator: Omar Elliott COMMITTEES AND DESCRIPTIONS Family Fun Night Activities: Coordinate with vendors and schedule volunteers, Family Swim Party and Bingo Night are just some of the activities. This committee will work with Title 1 to help enhance their activities. This committee will work with the Fundraising committee to obtain prizes. Must work within a PTO established budget. Holiday Gift Shop: Coordinate with vendor and schedule volunteers to help run a gift shop for students Holiday shopping. Hospitality Program: Recognizing staff Birthdays, Administrative Assistant Day and Nurse's Day. Arrange for lunch and dinner to be catered for school staff during conferences and meetings. Maintain the Nurse's office with various supplies. Must work within a PTO established budget. School Spirit: Support and help promote school spirit through spirit days. Sell and maintain inventory of the shirts sold by PTO. Carnival :Help coordinate games, activities and food. Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, staff and Student Council. This committee will work with the Fundraising committee to obtain prizes. Must work within a PTO established budget. Teacher Appreciation: Arrange annual catered luncheon for teachers and staff. Coordinate activities and purchase gifts. Must work within a PTO established budget. School Fundraising: Organize and coordinate profitable fundraising events throughout the school year. The donation coordinator will seek donations for raffle and prizes. This committee will also be responsible for sending out thank you letters. This committee will assist other committees in obtaining prizes. |
